Terrill was promoted from Director of Operations, a position she’s held since she joined the agency in 1999. In her new role, she will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, including cost control and the quality of the end product. She will also oversee traffic, broadcast and print production, as well as handle human resources for the agency.

Terrill is a 27-year marketing veteran, having worked on both agency and client sides, with experience in creative, production and financial areas.
