Event Description
Networking Your Way to New Business
Hank Blank’s Networking Your Way to New Business presentation will help you improve your networking skills and help you get more business in 2010.
75% of all business opportunities come from networking and referrals. 70% of all jobs come through networking yet most people don’t know how to effectively network.
People think they are networking when they attend events with people they know and talk to old friends. That is not networking, that is socializing.
Hank will talk about the various benefits of networking, where to network, how to work an event and how to have the people you meet thinking of you. Hank will outline how you can develop a network of hundreds of contacts in a year.
Hank will outline how to come back from networking events with relationships versus just business cards.
Hank will also discuss the strengths and weaknesses of social networking versus personal networking.
Hank has spoken to numerous companies such as Jacuzzi, Sundance dealers, Volvo and many organizations across the country and has been featured in many media outlets.
