 A long-time resident of The Woodlands, Jim Shable has watched the area’s commercial development over the years and has looked forward to having his business located there. “There was a time when a major Houston marketing communications firm wouldn’t be located out of the city limits.”  Shable said.  “But today we don’t consider that an issue.
