Loretta Terrill of Freed Advertising passed away 

We are sad to inform our ad community that Loretta Terrill, of Freed Advertising, has passed away.  Loretta went to be with the Lord early Saturday morning, March 27, 2010, in Sugar Land.  She was a lifelong advertising practitioner, but most importantly a friend, a confidant, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, great grandmother, and a loving soul. 

Before arriving at Freed over ten years ago, Loretta spent her early career in the Dallas area at DDB Needham, and in the marketing department at Pier 1 Imports.  At Freed, Loretta served as Vice President and Director of Operations.  She also served on the agency’s executive management committee.  Please hold Loretta and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

A visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Monday, March 29, 2010, at Earthman Southwest Chapel, Stafford. Interment will be held in Fort Worth, TX.  Freed has established a fund in Loretta’s name and in her honor for all of her career contributions to the advertising industry in Houston.  In lieu of flowers, a tax deductible donation can be made in Loretta Terrill’s name to the AEFH.  Donations can be sent to Advertising Education Foundation of Houston, P.O.Box 27592, Houston, Texas 77227.
