Dr. Eliot teaches business and psychology at Rice University and is adjunct professor at U of H, and SMU Cox School of Business Leadership Center. In 2000 he co-founded The Milestone Group, which provides performance evaluation and training to business executives, professional athletes, and corporations. Clients include Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Adidas, NASA, the U.S. Olympic Committee, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Washington Capitols, The Mayo Clinic, M.D. Andersen Cancer Center, the Houston Astros, Shell and Texas A&M University.
