American Advertising Federation-Houston Seeks Beneficiary
Announces RFP for Public Service Initiative
Houston, TX (August 11, 2009) AAF-Houston is now accepting proposals from Houston area non-profit organizations to be considered for their annual public service campaign. Each year the public service committee, composed of professionals from several advertising agencies and marketing departments in Houston, selects one organization to work with in order to create a fully integrated, pro-bono advertising campaign designed to increase public awareness for that organization.
“We are looking for non-profit organizations who provide valuable service to the Houston community and are in need of advertising, marketing and public relations support” said Dwight Douthit, President of Douthit Design Group and director of this year’s initiative. “It is our goal to showcase the skills of our membership while giving back to the community.” The campaign will come at little or no cost to the chosen organization.
