This past summer, Radio Lounge conceived and created a “customer focused” radio advertising campaign for Chesmar Homes. Working with Scott Merovitch VP Sales and Marketing and Donna Newcomb, Director of Marketing, the advertising campaign was built with a series of :30 second commercials wrapped around Chesmar homeowners commentary. Radio Lounge has used this approach in a variety of different business categories, with much success. For Chesmar, it was a logical connection, and distinct approach in the market.
Round one of the series has been creating a lot of buzz for Chesmar with the radio spots on the air in Houston for the past several weeks. The new series of spots are now in production at the Radio Lounge Studios. Chesmar homes have some very unique attributes that are clearly stated by their customers including energy efficiency as a top selling point. “Reaching out via phone gives us a perfect platform for a casual conversation with their clients, which yields very candid, personal and relatable commentary” Ray Schilens-Radio Lounge.
